If you think you've left something in your rental vehicle, get in touch with us as soon as possible:
- By writing to us at info@baygo.es.
- By replying to your booking confirmation email.
- By calling the customer service number shown in your contract.
Tell us what you've lost and your rental details, and we'll look for it for you.
We keep any item we find in our vehicles for 3 months. On top of that, if we find something left behind, we'll get in touch with you by email to let you know.
