You can cancel your booking whenever you need to. What you get back depends on how much notice you give.
How to cancel:
- By replying directly to your booking confirmation email.
- By writing to us at info@baygo.es.
Include your booking number so we can process it.
Cancellation terms:
- More than 48 hours before the pick-up time: free cancellation. We refund 100% of what you've paid.
- Within the last 48 hours before pick-up: a cancellation cost of 20% of the total booking applies. If you'd only paid the 20% confirmation, that amount covers the cost and there's nothing more to pay or to refund. If you'd paid the full amount, we refund the remaining 80%.
- If you don't show up for pick-up without letting us know, the amount paid is lost.
As you can see, cancelling in advance has no cost, so if your plans change, let us know as soon as possible and we'll sort it out with no hassle.
