Yes, you can return the vehicle before the scheduled date. We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can organise it properly.
In these cases we don't issue refunds. When an amount is due back to you, we generate a customer credit that you can use on future rentals with us. It works like this:
- The credit is calculated on the days you don't end up using, valued at the base rate (not counting insurance or extras).
- To apply it, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. The calculation deducts 2 days for that minimum notice period.
- If you give less than 48 hours' notice or none at all, we do the same calculation deducting those 2 days: if there's a balance in your favour, credit is generated; if not, none is generated.
The credit doesn't expire and you can use it whenever you rent with us again. Any insurance or extras already purchased are not refunded or converted into credit.
