The important thing is to let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. The more we know, the better we can hold the vehicle for you. Here's what to keep in mind depending on your case:
If you're flying into Málaga Airport
Don't worry about flight delays. We ask for your flight number precisely so we can track it and adapt to any changes. If your flight is delayed by more than 4 hours or cancelled, contact our customer service team (the number is in your confirmation email) and we'll rearrange the pick-up.
If you're picking up at one of our offices
Let us know if you're going to be late, on the number shown in your confirmation. You have a 30-minute grace period. After that, if we haven't been able to reach you and you haven't picked up the vehicle, your booking may be cancelled.
If the delivery is at your hotel, campsite or a meeting point
Our team travels to the agreed location to hand over the car, so the margin is tighter: if after 15 to 30 minutes we can't reach you and you hadn't told us about the delay, the team will have to continue with other deliveries. In that case, contact us to arrange a new delivery.
Whatever the situation, a timely message sorts out almost everything: let us know and we'll adapt.
