You can request changes to your booking (dates, vehicle, pick-up location, extras…) and we'll handle them whenever there's availability.
To request a change, contact our team through any of these channels:
- By replying directly to your booking confirmation email.
- By writing to us at info@baygo.es.
Always include your booking number so we can find it and process the change quickly.
Please note that any change must be confirmed by our team. Until we confirm that the change has been applied, your booking stays as it was. If the change affects the price, we'll let you know the difference before applying it. And a tip: the more notice you give us, the easier it is for us to find the best solution for your change.
