If a security deposit has been taken from your card, we will refund your money as soon as possible, provided that the vehicle has no damage and its return meets all the conditions stated in the rental contract.
Refund Process:
- We collect and inspect the vehicle.
- If everything is in order, we proceed with the refund of the security deposit.
Please note that the money may take a few days to appear in your account, especially if the refund is processed close to the weekend.
If more than 5 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team to check the status of the transaction.
