The first thing you should know is that we offer a 24-hour assistance service, available 365 days a year. The cost of this service is included if you have chosen the Full Pack rate, but it is not included if you have selected the Basic rate.
When the vehicle is delivered, our staff will inform you where to find the emergency phone number in your rental contract. In case of a breakdown, this is the number you should call. You will also receive instructions to ensure the process is as quick and simple as possible.
It is important to note that you are not authorised to take the vehicle to any repair shop without the express permission of our customer service team. Doing so could result in additional costs at the end of your rental period.
