At the office
If you collect the vehicle directly at one of our offices, it is important to notify us if you are running late by calling the contact number provided in your confirmation email.
You will have a courtesy window of one hour if you have neither contacted us nor collected the vehicle. After that period, and if we are unable to reach you, your reservation may be cancelled.
At hotels, campsites, and meeting points
When the delivery is arranged at an agreed location outside our offices, our staff will travel to the selected place to hand over the vehicle. If, after 15 to 30 minutes, we are unable to contact you and you have not informed us of the delay, our team will leave the location to continue assisting other customers.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to a delay and our staff has already left, you will need to contact our customer service team to arrange a new delivery.
