As for the sanctions or fines that may be generated by the use of the vehicle, you should be aware that it will be the responsibility of the renter to comply with the traffic laws and the access and parking restrictions of the places they visit.

Failure to comply with these regulations and/or restrictions will result in fines that must be managed by our dedicated team. The management of these sanctions is not included in the rental price of the vehicle. Therefore, each fine we receive will generate management fees that must be paid by the renter.

The management fee will be €30 per fine received.
