We will consider misuse of the vehicle in the following cases:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that affects driving ability.
• Failing to use the correct fuel, as specified in the rental contract under the "Vehicle Information" section and also indicated on the key tag.
• Leaving the vehicle without fuel and/or AdBlue or other necessary fluids for its proper functioning.
• Using the vehicle for commercial purposes, which is strictly prohibited.
• Transporting passengers without authorization.
• Failing to park in designated areas or leaving the vehicle without properly engaging the handbrake.
• Reckless driving, which may result in accidents or mechanical failures.
• Participating in illegal races.
• Driving on unpaved roads that could cause damage to the vehicle.
• Driving outside mainland Spain.

Any of the above actions may void the rental agreement, making any type of coverage invalid. Please follow these guidelines to avoid issues during your rental.
